Well, I didn't get much of a nap. Susan was finishing packing and I was talking to her most of the time. Its soooooo sad. I do not want her to leave! And, I'm getting sad thinking about Chris leaving on Sunday. UGH! I just hate this! Anyways, lunch today was some black or white bean soup (something like that) and a tomato and onion sandwich. I only ate the bread. After lunch, Susan left which sucked. Chris, Clare and I sat in the lobby after and talked to Sharon. I was telling her about my crazy hike today! Paige and I went to the park today at 1:45 like usual. We had a blast! I just love going. I ended up burning 575 calories in 45 minutes! That is just absolutely crazy!!! It's so funny. When we have about 3 minutes left, Paige will say, "ok, 2 more volleys" and then after 2, she or I will say, "okay one more" well, those 2 turn into about 10 because both of us don't want to quit!! Anyways, we both had a great time and I had to run straight to treading. I freaking hate that class. I was already exhausted from tennis and now I have to go to treading. UGH! Anyways, I was talking to Paige about how I can't get my heartrate up as high in class than I can when I play tennis or hike. She told me to go down a level or 2 and increase my RPMs. I normally do a Level 15 with about 65-75 rpms. She told me to level to a 13 with 85-90 rpms. Well, I did that but still only burnt about 450 and my heartrate was high but not as high as normal. So after class I was talking to her again and she told me I have outgrown the bike and have to move up to the treadmill or eliptical. so i'm definitely dreading next weeks class. Anyways, I gave treading every last ounce of energy I could possibly exert so I quit for the day and went to my room. I literally did not think I was going to make it through my shower. Yeah, i was that tired. So I took a nap and almost did not go to dinner I was so tired but my stomach was telling me it was time to eat. Treading makes you extremely hungry afterwards and i only had bread at lunch and nothing else so I was dying. i was going to eat a orange but i did not even have the energy to eat it. I know I sound pathetic but I challenge all of you guys to come here and do what I did today! it was pure exhaustion! Dinner was really good. It was stuffed chicken and wild rice which i love!!! After dinner, we went to GS for Clare's last time. They shorted us 63 calories for the day and the dessert was 157 so I could get a small GS which was awesome! I got peanut butter cup and cake batter!!! We talked about having game night tonight but I was so tired. I'm going to bed as soon as I get done typing this which is 8:00 my time! I'm dyyyyyyyying!
