Week 2 Day 4 Thursday

Hello friends! I have been so busy I have been forgetting to write about my days. today we hiked stop sign. I was D-R-E-A-D-I-N-G this hike!!!!!!!!!! I was NOT in the mood to hike. My goal was to TRY to keep up with Karen and Bernadine. I hike with both of them and they are always a little bit ahead of me! Well, I stayed with Karen up to mini stop sign which was awesome and I passed Bernadine!!! I also............. are you ready for this??????????

can you believe it? Ten whole minutes!!! I was estatic!!! and when I got to the top, I ran the rest of it and everyone was screaming and cheering me on! It was soooooo great!!! And, Mark, Bernadine and Aunt Susan were right behind me so we all cheered them on to the finish line! It was so great! We alll got our picture taken together with that damn stop sign! I guess I'll go ahead and post my stop sign times. Im a little bit embarrassed about them because they were so bad but oh well. I need to look back at my last blog to see the last time I did. Anyway, the first time was 1:25 and the second one was 1:26. This time was 1:16!!!!!!!!! The best part was when I got to mini stop sign (the easier part) I was only up 1 minute from the last time. Which means I made up 9 minutes on the steep incline part which is the hardest part!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I only had to stop like 1 or 2x. I was like a machine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was sooo tired after that, that I just didnt have it in me the rest of the day! Karen and I went to play tennis for open gym. We skipped our 2:30 class and played for 1.75 hours. We were both wiped from stop sign though. After tennis, I did pool and skipped the last class. I was beat. I wanted to take a shower, straighten my hair, and relax! I also did laundry. That night we all sat in the living room on the couches and hung out for awhile. As always, that was a blast! Seth talked me into going to Krave with him for frozen yogurt! They have yogurt there that is only 8 calories an ounce. I did skip my soup and dessert so I had about 200 calories to spare so I had to partake in the frozen yogurt run!
